Why this Event Matters
I believe everyone benefits from being creative and that art supplies shouldn’t just sit around collecting dust... they should be used, shared, and accessible to everyone, no matter their budget. This eco-conscious event is all about giving supplies a second life and making creativity more available to all. Let’s build a community where we support each other, get inspired, keep our art and craft closets clean, and make more art!

How to Participate
- RSVP below
- Bring your art and craft supplies to give away (or show up empty-handed and ready to browse!)
- Bring a box or bag to take your new treasures home
- Go make something new!
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Can I make a donation?
This event is completely free, and there’s no need to donate, but if you’d like to support, I’ll have two collection jars available. One will help cover my costs running the event, and the other will go toward Art of Recycle for all the incredible work they do.
-
Can I volunteer?
Yes! I’d love the help. I’m looking for 10 volunteers to stay 30 minutes after the event to help box up any leftover supplies for Art of Recycle. If you’re up for it, please send me an email at hello@stephholmes.com. Thanks so much!

What if I don't have anything to swap?
Please still come! You’re welcome to take supplies home even if you don’t bring anything. We actually need more people to give these materials a second life. If you’ll use them, they’re yours. All are welcome!
